Marks the third consecutive year of recognition from the Best Practice Institute

Thryv Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: THRY), provider of a leading global, AI-enabled small business marketing platform, announced it earned a spot on the annual Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces® from the Best Practice Institute.

This marks Thryv’s third consecutive year appearing on the prestigious list that recognises 100 organisations across more than 40 industries and six continents where employees report the highest levels of belonging, career advancement and values alignment. Thryv improved its standing from number 66 in 2025 to its current spot at number 53.

The ranking measures and validates what employees report experiencing across five key areas: how positive employees feel about their future at the company, career achievement, alignment of employer values with employee values, respect at all levels and collaboration. Additional factors, including diversity and belonging, leadership and professional development, were also evaluated in relation to these core sentiment drivers.

Elise Balsillie, Head of Thryv Australia and New Zealand, said the global recognition reflected the strength of a culture designed to keep people connected, supported and empowered, regardless of where they work.

“As a remote-first company, we are deliberate about creating meaningful connections between our people and giving them the trust, flexibility and opportunities they need to grow,” Elise said.

“Our teams across Australia and New Zealand bring enormous energy and expertise to Thryv. They are united by a shared purpose and a commitment to developing accessible and AI-driven marketing solutions that help small businesses grow.”

The global recognition follows Thryv Australia being named an Employer of Choice in The Australian Business Awards 2025 for the third consecutive year.

The Australian Business Award for Employer of Choice recognises organisations that develop workplaces that maximise the full potential of their workforce through established policies and practices demonstrating effective employee recruitment, engagement and retention.

According to Elise, the international and Australian recognition reinforced the connection between employee experience, innovation and customer impact.

“When people feel valued and have confidence in their future, they bring greater creativity, care and purpose to their work,” Elise said.

“That strengthens the experience we provide to small business customers across Australia and New Zealand. These recognitions belong to our people and reflect the culture they contribute to every day.”

Now in its fourth year, the Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplaces list is based on research from BPI’s Love of Workplace Index®, drawing data from over two million employees worldwide. Companies featured demonstrate an extraordinary commitment to building cultures of trust, respect, purpose and employee connection, regardless of size, location or industry.
